Relating to elections.

Abstract

Eliminates primary election as nominating election for major political party candidates. Requires major political parties to nominate candidates in manner provided in party organizational documents. Directs Secretary of State to adopt rules setting procedures for conduct of partisan primary election for nominations for President of United States.
